Terms and Conditions 

As a travel agency, it is important that we outline our terms and conditions to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the services we offer and the expectations we have from them.

It is important to note that all bookings made through our agency are subject to availability. While we will do our best to secure your desired travel dates and accommodations, we cannot guarantee availability or pricing until the booking has been confirmed and paid for.

All payments made to our agency are subject to supplier and/or trip protection or insurance (if purchased) refund policies.  This includes any deposits or full payments made for flights, accommodations, tours, or any other travel-related services. It is therefore essential that clients carefully review their itinerary and travel plans before making a payment.

Any changes made to the itinerary after payment has been made may result in additional fees or charges. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested by our clients but cannot guarantee that changes can be made, or that they will be made without additional costs.

Our agency is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans, including but not limited to flight cancellations, natural disasters, or unforeseen closures of tourist attractions. While we will do our best to assist you in these situations, any costs associated with these circumstances will be the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend that our clients purchase either supplier or third-party protection and/or insurance. To that effect, an insurance decline waiver is required.
